Year to date, the Average Sales Price of $786,794 represents a 13% increase year over year. The Average Days on Market of 57 is just a slight change compared to this time last year when it was 55.

- 38 soundfront homes have sold this year, compared to 36 last year which is a 6% increase. The Average Sales Price is $1,099129 and the Average Days on Market was 81.
