We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Thanks to your trust and support, we were named the Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty Team of the Year for the Kitty Hawk office—for the 4th year in a row! On top of that, we closed out 2024 as one of the TOP 10 teams in the entire Outer Banks MLS.

These accomplishments wouldn’t have been possible without you. In 2024, we focused on truly understanding your needs and goals by having deeper, more meaningful conversations, and that’s something I’m committed to continuing in 2025.
